Top floor: Kitchen & dining area

The Castellano-style kitchen was designed and constructed especially for Fuente de Hierro out of beautiful pine wood by a carpenter from Vélez-Málaga. The custom-made countertop is made from real, high-quality granite.

The 4 burners of the gas stove are lit electronically by turning the respective knob. The extractor fan is activated by pulling it out. Spices, pepper, salt, flour and sugar can be found in the cabinets above the stove. Fryer, blender, breadbox and microwave are standing right next to the stove.

The wall units hold all types of bowls in different sizes and shapes, for every occasion, e. g. for dessert, vegetables, pasta, tapas, Gampas al Pil Pil... Crockery such as large, small and serving-plates can also be found here.

A top cabinet with 2 glass doors holds a variety of glasses e. g. for white and red wine, water and juice, beer, champagne, brandy, liquor, whiskey and cognac.

n the lower cabinets located right next to the stove you find different sized pots and pans. The smallest pan is just right for a single fried egg.

Electronic appliances such as a large, temperature-controlled electric skillet, an immersion blender, the sandwich toaster, the waffle iron, the egg cooker or the mixer are stored in two large drawers.

The lower part of the fridge contains freezing compartments.

The kitchenette with sink is located to the left of the front door, in front of the stove. The floor unit contains various detergents (e. g. for the dishwasher, the washing machine, etc.) and a trash can.

To the left, kettle, coffee machine (with Gold-filter), toaster and VoIP-phone are placed on the granite worktop. You will find cups, Tupperware, coffee, tea and everything else required for a nice teatime in the cute little wall units.

There is a large floor unit for your groceries next to the washing machine - the machine starts "singing" at the beginning and end of every washing cycle.

The dining area consists of a solid wooden dining table and 6 wooden chairs with cushions. The table is extendable. The table lamp can be manually adjusted in height.

Exit the glass door southwards for the roof terrace, eastwards for the large living room.
