Fuente de Hierro is situated at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level, whilst Finca Marico (750 metres above sea level) is located around 150 metres further down a public road. Both are completely self-contained, each with its own swimming pool.

Booking & Payment
1. Enquiries
Please let us know your preferred date and the number of people by email or telephone. Alternatively, you can book via FeWo-direkt using a credit card.
2. Deposit
Once you have received written confirmation of your booking, please transfer a deposit of €300 within one week.
3. Final payment
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. After that, nothing will stand in the way of your holiday!

The rental rate for the additional week applies from the third week onwards. Administration fee for cancelling the tenancy agreement: €50.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance within one week of booking.
